Day 1 Mahé, Seychelles

Arrive on the island of Mahé in the fabulous Seychelles, where you are met and privately transferred to your luxurious resort overlooking the Indian Ocean for a three-night stay. 

Devote a full day to exploring Mahé, the largest island of the Seychelles. Accompanied by a driver and guide, choose from a variety of activities according to your interests. You may opt to discover the capital city of Victoria, feeling the bustle of its colorful, market and viewing highlights such as the clock tower. Other options include stops at the island’s historic mission lodge, botanical garden, Cap Lazare Nature Reserve, Jardin du Roi Spice Garden or the Takamaka Bay Rum Distillery, where you are invited to sample the spirits produced on site. Enjoy time for lunch at leisure at a restaurant of your choice before returning to your accommodations.

Enjoy a day completely at your leisure, free to explore on your own, take advantage of your hotel’s many amenities or simply relax, unwind and replenish.

After breakfast, board a short flight to Praslin Island, another gem in the Seychelles chain. Upon arrival, you are met and privately transferred to your hotel where you enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.

Set out for a half day of exploring — in the morning or afternoon — to discover the best of Praslin, Seychelles’ second largest island. Visit the Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO-protected site where our unique Coco de Mer, the world’s heaviest seed, grows naturally. The reserve is also home to other endemic flora and fauna of Seychelles, including the black parrot. You will surely be amazed by all the information and stories of the guide as they lead you through this enchanting forest. Complete your day with a stop at Anse Lazio, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles.

Relax during a full day at leisure, perhaps taking the sun beside the turquoise waters of the hotel’s beach or basking in the seclusion of your private pool villa.

After breakfast, board a boat to Félicité Island, where you check into the luxurious, secluded accommodations that will be your home for the next three days.

Embark on a pleasant boat ride to La Digue, the fourth largest island of the Seychelles archipelago. Take in this paradise where time seems to have stood still by bicycle, e-bike or buggy, stopping at stunning Anse Source d’Argent — with its famed granite boulders, powder-soft sand and limpid waters, it is one of the most photographed beaches in the world. After strolling along its tranquil strand, continue to L’Union Estate, an old vanilla plantation which today houses the planter’s house, the copra mill where coconut oil was extracted and a large enclosure where tortoises can be observed. Then, it’s back to the sun and surf at Anse Severe Beach, renowned for its beach bar, and a chance to sample juices from some of the island’s many tropical fruits.

On a full day is at leisure, take advantage of some of your hotel’s activities, such as snorkeling with turtles or sailboarding, or just lay back on the sand and enjoy the caress of ocean breezes.

This morning, fly by helicopter to Mahé, absorbing a last look at the sparkling Indian Ocean archipelago you’ve been exploring. Upon touchdown, privately transfer to the international airport for your departing flight.
